Join us on Sunday, December 5, at the Oliver Miller Homestead for our final special event before closing for the 2021 season. Frontier Holiday Traditions will feature Christmas in the Stone House, where you can see a Scot’s Tea display in the keeping room, which will be decorated with greens. Several of the area’s finest folk musicians will be playing traditional music in Log House. Celebrate Hogmanay, a Scottish New Year’s celebration with The Scottish Country Dancers in the barn. The event takes place from 1:30 to 4:30 PM. The gate closes to admission at 4 PM. The cost is only $2 cash per person, however, the OMH volunteers always appreciate any additional donation you may give. Our gift shop is stocked with unique gifts. Many of them, such as caps, mitts, and bird houses, are hand-made by members. Please bring cash if purchasing items at the Trading Post.
